Daniela has been amazing to work with—truly above and beyond. She really understood what we were looking for in a house, and listened to our needs and ultimately what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, and took extra time to drive us through to points of interest, and features of the neighborhoods we otherwise wouldn‘t have known about (being new to the city). She also provided perspective when asked on resell values, market trends, etc to help us with our decision.
Beyond being smart, dependable, very prepared, and extremely capable, Daniela was thoughtful every step of the way. I was pregnant during one of our marathon house hunting weekends, and she stocked a cooler full of drinks and snacks to ensure my comfort while we were out and about. The “homework” she prepared was also helfpul—she would print all house details, maps of the neighborhoods, etc in such a way that made the house hunting efficient and organized, and would take the time to walk us through the trip before setting out.
We both think we were spoiled. Further evidence was visiting one of her open houses when she was out of town—the realtor covering for her said that she always enjoys attending Daniela‘s open houses because they‘re “impeccable.”

Daniela is exceptional! As first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with the entire home buying process, but she made it very easy for us to purchase our first home. At our first meet, I already felt comfortable working with her as she has the charisma and enthusiasm that are essential as real estate agents. Not only does she have great personality but she is very knowledgeable with the real estate market and financial advantages as well. Our questions about the process were endless but she was there at every step.
She was always available at the time that was convenient for us, and always followed through with e-mails or phone calls.
