Match Made in Heaven – Whole Process a Dream Come True – Local Knowledge and Ties to the Community!
Dear Kris & Daniela,
It’s not often we find a “match made in heaven“, but together we combined our abilities to position, promote, and execute a quick sale in a down turning market.
Prior to meeting the both of you, I spent time with other Real Estate Agents, mostly friends of mine about listing the house. While trying to convince me that it was not the right market to sell my home at an unfavorable selling price, they thought it would be better that I wait for the climate to change. I just didn’t agree with that.
I then turned to your group for “local” knowledge, someone in touch with the surrounding area and with ties to the community. During our first meeting we discussed the processes needed to favorably position my house to sell amongst comparable homes. And after viewing several homes, setting a realistic price, producing marketing materials, and not to mention a little elbow grease needed to finish the home, we agreed it was the right time to list.
All of the details were taken care of from marketing materials, home staging, open houses, buyer/seller negotiations, and document preparation. The whole process was a dream come true for the Buyer and for myself.

This letter is way overdue, since our house sale closed over a month ago. I’m sure you both have been busy as well, and I didn’t want to let any more time go by without thanking you for all you did for us.

Would Have Seriously Underpriced Our House without them!

I practiced real estate law for over 30 years handling primarily commercial transactions and real estate litigation. As such I have had extensive interaction with real estate agents. I can say without hesitation that I have never experienced any agents who have been as prepared and worked as hard as Daniela and Kris to both secure the sale and shepherd the transaction through to closing.
From beginning to end Kris and Daniela’s professionalism and attention to detail was obvious. Their homework on pricing made a huge difference in the selling price, and the evidence they provided to support their price was so detailed and well-explained that we had great confidence in their recommendation. Their pricing was well above other agents’ that we interviewed – and the sale price proved they were correct. Without them we would have seriously underpriced our home!
Daniela and Kris worked hard to help us get the house ready for sale, arranging for stagers and giving us pointers on how we could make the house “show” well. Their attention to detail was reflected in the wonderful comments made by those who viewed the house (including our neighbors, who noticed the difference) and by the fact the house sold in just over 3 weeks!
And then after the “sale” they kept working to make sure that the process moved along. “Closing” is something that some agents seem to think does not require their attention – not Kris and Daniela: they worked hard to be sure that no details were missed and to address the inevitable glitches that came up. They dealt with issues at the escrow company and with the buyer’s lender – expending constant effort to keep the transaction moving. Most importantly they kept us informed and helped keep us calm as hurdles were met. We were never left wondering what was going on, for at every moment we knew they were with us, working for us!
Fortunate are the sellers who list with Kris and Daniela, and we are sure buyers who engage them to find their dream home would be fortunate as well!
