I’ve bought and sold several properties over the years, and have had enough negative experiences with realtors who didn’t understand the sales process, and tended to duck out of sight when issues arose. I had only a couple of minor issues with this sale, which speaks greatly about your understanding of the process, and your ability to align yourself with professionals in related areas.
