Many people move to Greenlake to take advantage of the broad range of recreational activities as well as the lake and mountain views.  It is approximately a 3-mile perimeter around the lake and there are many land and water activities available including:  rowing, swimming, kayaking & canoeing, sailing, walking, running, roller-blading, golf, soccer, baseball, and fishing.

There are 4 different walkable urban areas around the lake featuring; live theater, yoga, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs.

Real estate in Greenlake is very diverse, ranging from 1-bedroom condominiums, large estates, and everything in between.  The market fared very well during our recent economic down turn.
